All of our cake decorating classes are Hands on Decorating meaning you decorate in class
and take home your finished products.The only Demonstration classes are
the 1 Hour Chocolate Classes and Some Seasonal Classes.
G.S.T will be added to Class Fee, and Supplies are extra.

INTRODUCTION TO ROLLED FONDANT CLASS

This class is hands on. Each student will decorate their
own Australian style rolled fondant cake and take home.

Class covers basic techniques on coloring, crimping and
covering cakes with rolled fondant, as well as icing used
to decorate the cakes. Recipes and Hints supplied.

1 class  ( 2 hours ) Fee: $ 25.00 Cdn. + Kit

EXTENSIVE WEEKEND AUSTRALIAN CLASS (2-DAY)

Decorate an elaborate rolled fondant style cake complete with Gumpaste Orchid.
Class covers how to use fondant, delicate lace pieces, bridgework, embroidery,
as well as the completion of a Orchid made out of Gum Paste.

Sat. and Sun. (9:30 am - 4 pm) Fee: $ 100.00 Cdn. + Kit

CERTIFICATE will be issued after completion of this Class.

BEGINNER CAKE DECORATING CLASS (5-Lessons)

Class covers proper methods of icing cakes, gel picture transfer, star tipping,
fancy borders, decorative icing flowers including roses,and figure piping.
Three cakes will be completed in this class.

5 Week Class ( 2 hours each week )
Fee: $ 45.00 Cdn. + Kit

INTERMEDIATE CAKE DECORATING CLASS (5-Lessons)

This class features figure piping, fancy writing with icing,
royal icing flowers, elaborate borders, basket weave, etc.
Four cakes will be completed in this class.

5 Week Class ( 2 hours each week )
Fee: $ 45.00 Cdn. + Kit

ADVANCE CAKE DECORATING CLASS (5-Lessons)

Specialty cakes completed in this class are Bassinet with royal icing hood,
Basket Cake decorated with lifelike royal icing roses, and Doll Cake. Elaborate
borders and filligree lacework are also covered in this class.

5 Week Class (2 hours each week)
Fee: $ 45.00 Cdn. + Kit

After completion of our Beginner,Intermediate,and Advance Classes
you will receive a diploma from Evelyn's Cake Decorating Supplies.

WEDDING CAKE DECORATING CLASS (5-Lessons)

Students are allowed to pick their own style and size of Wedding Cake,
and are given instruction on Icing, Assembly, Pillars and Plate use, Garlands,
Fancy Borders, Pattern Making,Icing Flowers,etc. ( Cake Completed in 5 Lessons )

5 Week Class (2 - hours each week) Fee: $ 50.00 Cdn. + Kit

Basic Cake Decorating Experience Required.
