Chocolate Candy Making, Gum Paste, Australian Cake Decorating, and Mini Classes.
Evelyn has been Teaching Classes for over 20 years and has studied Cake
Decorating in California, Minneapolis, Indiana and Chicago working with well
known Cake Decorators Betty Newman May, Manuel Lopez, Pat Simmons,
Marie Sykes, Roland A.Winbeckler, Irene Di Bartolo, Charlotte Collins,
Barb Mc Cann and Meechie Noone.
Evelyn is the author of 3 very well known books FESTIVE GINGERBREADS,
REALLY SIMPLE PARTY CAKES, AND CANDY MAKING FOR BEGINNERS.
Evelyn's offers Prompt Mail Order Service on all their products through
Canada Post to all of Canada and the United States.
Evelyn Rents over 140 different cake pans to her Winnipeg customers

from their Wedding Albums when you order them together in one order.
