Professional Qualifications
Dr. Brian E. Lecker, B.A., D.C., C.A.F.C.I. received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1974 followed by his Doctor of Chiropractic diploma from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1978. He received his Certification in Physical Impairment Rating for Disability Evaluation through the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois in 1984 and his certification in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute in July 2002.
Dr. A. John Wiens, B.Sc., D.C. graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1976 and from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractic diploma in 1980. In 1996 he qualified in Activator Methods Level 1. He is on the Board of Directors and one of the designers of the Chiropractic Resource Organization, an Internet site that specializes in information for chiropractors.
The two doctors have been practising together at the Elmwood Chiropractic Centre since 1986. Both are members of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Manitoba Chiropractors' Association.
