A separate bank account exists to manage funds for the memorial project and expenses of installing a cairn and plaque. The name of the account is Kronsfeld Cemetery. The account is at the Heartland Credit Union in Winkler. The account is a Community Builder account, which is a non-interest bearing account designed for non-profit organizations. Currently (31-Oct-2008) we believe we have sufficient funds to finalize the project. Ongoing efforts will focus on compiling more genealogical information and submitting our research to the historical archives. If further needs/expenses arise we will make the need known on these pages. Thank you.

When making contribution by cheque, please make payable to Kronsfeld Cemetery. Please submit cheques or money to the attention of the secretary-treasurer of the Kronsfeld Cemetery project, or c/o one of the committee members. Please see the contact page for a list of committee members and contact information.

  The cairn and plaque have been installed. The following are components for the plaque installation:

• Bronze plaque - 24 x 22 inches: Names (also maiden name where known) listed alphabetically, along with date of birth and date of death.
• Granite cairn - foundation, base, vertical tablet with angled face -- all granite construction

A memorial dedication service at Kronsfeld Cemetery site was held on Oct. 5, 2008.
