We have our 6^th class behind us and are now preparing for our 7^th class. Here are the documents you need, please print and review them and have them available for class.

1) Weigh and Measure Weekly Measure you can use this sheet or the last page in the Herbalife Product Information to keep track.

2) Taking Good Measurements

3) Food and Drink Log

4) If you haven’t already done so, please review, fill out and return Weight Loss Challenge Participant Agreement.
