We have our 1^st class behind us and we are now preparing for our 2^nd class. Here are the documents you need, please print and review them and have them available for class.

2) Taking Good Measurements

3) Food and Drink Log

4) If you haven’t already done so, please review, fill out and return Weight Loss Challenge Participant Agreement.
