Handling Objections

 

If they say anything negative about Herbalife.  I don’t know about that. All I know is I can’t believe how good I feel (share your excitement, your testimony, the testimony of others and the Herbalife facts, 30 years in business, 74 countries and helped over 60 million people) I am so excited, your not even going to believe what your going to see on our Business Briefing. (Give them 2 positive choices) So do you want to come here or stay at home and be online?

 

I don’t like selling. I can appreciate that. This may not be for you. Let me ask you, if I could show you that you don’t have to be good at selling to be successful with this, would you be interested? If yes, may I make a suggestion? Let’s get together and I’ll show you. If no, that’s no problem. I wouldn’t know if I didn’t ask.

 

I don’t have the money. I can appreciate that. This may not be for you. If I could show you how to make more money each month, then the total amount it takes to get started, would you be interested?

 

I don’t believe you. I can appreciate that. This may not be for you. Let me ask you something, if I could prove to you beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is true, would you have any interest?

 

I don’t have the time. I can appreciate that you don’t have any time and this may not be for you. Let me ask you this, if I could show you how to earn a significant amount of money in less then 10 hours a week, would you have any interest? If no, no problem. I wouldn’t know unless I asked.

 

I’m not interested. That’s no problem and this may not be for you. Before I go though, may I ask a question? Why are you are not interested?

 

Is this a pyramid deal or something illegal? I can appreciate that and this may not be for you. Let me ask you something. If I could prove to you beyond the shadow of a doubt, that this program is legal and ethical just as legal and ethical as any other business, would you have any interest?

 

I’m not interested in any nutritional products. I can appreciate that and maybe these products are not for you then. But let me ask you something. If I did have some products, some unusually good products that can help you feel younger, you would actually feel younger, you would notice a difference in your energy level in addition to helping you maintain your weight and by having an over all healthier life style, a product indorsed by doctors and used by famous people, if I had a product that could really do that and its for real would you have any interest? If yes, may I make a suggestion?

 

I’m taking a nutritional program now and happy with what I have. I can appreciate that and if you are happy with what you are using, then there is no need to talk to you about my product and these are not for you then. Let me ask you something just out of curiosity before I go, if I was to show you some products that are equal or greater then the ones you are taking now and the price is right, would you have any interest to know about that? If yes, make I make a suggestion? Let’s get together and I’ll show the products to you. You can accept them or reject them as you see fit. Is that fair?
