Special Skills:
Agility: It might be all the skating, but Vanessa is able to move quickly without being clumsy, and this is magnified after she transforms.
Skating: Not many can beat her when it comes to figure skating. If there's every a battle out on the ice, some one's going down... And it isn't Vanessa. ^_^
Offensive Attacks: Vanessa can sometimes anticipate her opponents moves, which means she can hit them more often than the average person. This would probably be handy if she ever found a skating partner, too.
Quick Thinking: If one thing doesn't work, she'll be able to come up with something else in a short time. She's a real problem solver, this one.
Transformation Item: Her wand is light green, her primary color, with gold accents. It's topped with a glass dome, and if you look inside of it, you'll see many small versions of her symbol blowing around in a wind contained in the sphere. In the center of the dome is a crystal, but it remains strangely stationary.
Transformation: "Crania Crystal Power, Make-up!"
After calling out these words, we see a silhouette of Vanessa, glowing yellow, arms out at her sides and palms facing forward. A strong, tornado-like wind starts around her feet and blows up in a spiral around her, obscuring our view. When it's gone, the bodice, collar, and skirt are their. She's no longer glowing, but her chest and behind glow faintly and her bows form. Her thigh-high boots and gloves spread up from her toes and fingertips respectively until they're complete. As a final touch, the gold bands around the tops of her gloves and her tiara form, forming from the sides and meeting in the middle with a metallic klink. She stands, now, arms crossed in front of her and a smile on her face.
Colors: Light green and light yellow.
Symbol: This!
It's a symbol used in the United States for Hurricane or Tornado. It's fitting, and I like how it looks.
Uniform/Costume:
Collar: Normal and light green, no stripes or anything, it's translucent, though.
Bodice: White and opaque, rimmed with gold at the bottom.
Skirt: Green and translucent, rimmed with gold at the top.
Bows: Her bows look not unlike butterflies, though the front one has a gold pendant/badge in the center that has her symbol engraved on it.
Gloves: White and 3/4's past her elbow, the wrist bands are gold and instead of having her symbol engraved on a badge, the badge is just a big gold version of her symbol.
shoes: She has tall boots that go up to her thighs, they're white like the bodice and gloves, and rimmed with gold at the flat tops.
Powers/Attacks:
Frosty Puff: "Frosty..." She crosses her arms in front of herself and closes her eyes. "Puff!" Her eyes flash open and she unfolds her arms to point directly at her target, sending the attach at them. This attack will make the target and surrounding area very, very cold with a blast of icy wind. Allies of Sailor Crania won't feel most of it, though they might get a little chilly. If you get out of the way quick enough, you'll miss the brunt of it, but this attack can be used several times.
Flying Typhoon: "Flying..." She holds her arms above her head, heads facing each other. A ball of wind energy begins to form between them and grows until she says... "Typhoon!" At this point she brings her arms down and sends the ball of energy flying at her target. This attack is also an offensive attack, and it sends a ball of energy, which, depending on how light the opponent is, could either knock them off their feet or actually lift them up in the air, then drop them. Either way, it's going to forcefully move them, and it won't be fun. This can also be used on inanimate oplects. Very quick and hard to dodge, but very strong, so it can only be used twice a battle.
Smooth Silence: Crania clasps her hands as if she's praying, and whispers "Smooth Silence." A beam shoots from her hands into the sky, and the wind all around the surrounding area is silenced, even any breathing in the area is hushed. Good for finding an enemy who might be hiding, because their slightest noise will seem magnified.
Weapons: A gold colored chakram that appears when she needs it, engraved many times on one side with her symbol, and set with small diamonds on the other. No Xena-like warrior cry, though.
