Basic Requirements


1. PAYMENT FOR PERFORMANCE with a 50% DEPOSIT in advance.
( Total amount to be Negotiated ) Full PAYMENT on day of, before engagment.
ONLY ACCEPT CASH, INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS CHEQUE ,WESTERN UNION and PAYPAL.

2. TRANSPORTATION and ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED.

Transportation from Home to and from event engagement with or without own personal
Equipment.
(ie: Winnipeg to and from China)
(ie: to and from "Four Star Hotel" and Event Location , van or limo) 

Work VISAS may be required. ( Outside Canada )

3. ACCOMMODATION 1 - Double Bed / Room or Suite in Four Star Hotel for duration of event.
( ie: Delta, Fairmount, Hilton or Holiday Inn.)

MEALS & refreshments required - 1 buffet lunch and 1 large dinner per day. 
Drinks and Bottled Water at hotel and at event location.

4. Full P.A. Sound Reinforcement System with sound techs. required if event does not already
have a system. Stage lighting required if event does not already have lights setup.

ie: EV DELTA MAX / ARRAYS, or EAW SYSTEM.
with 4 - double 18" subs, per side.

(Additional P.A. System and a 50 -100 Kilowatt Generator maybe required for
performing on top of a 45' flatbed trailer in a carnival parade. )

Stage and or flatbed trailer should have rainproof covering if outdoors.

5. STAGE EQUIPMENT

-Riser size 16 feet long by 8 feet deep and 12" - 18" high.
-1 Stable table or stand for D.J. Equiptment.
-2 Stage monitors with double 18" subs
-2 SHURE or EV Wireless Microphones on boom stands mixed to P.A. System and not D.J. Mixer.
(Reverb and Delay effects needed on Mics.)
-2 D.I. boxes
-1 dual CD player with 2 SEAMLESS LOOPS AND KEY LOCK / TEMPO on each player ie:  
Denon  DN-D4500
-1 D.J. MIXER  with SIX CHANNELS
ie: Pioneer DJM- 600, Vestax PCV 275 or 175, Numark Dm 2002X

6. Dressing room may be required if there is no green room.

7. 4-6 Female Dancers over 18 years old may be required on stage . ( volunteers )

8. Producers of event are responsible for all BASIC REQUIREMENTS and Promotional costs.

9. For engagements in Winnipeg, D.J. Vibesman can provide his own equipment and sound system.
