Animation/Continuity goofs

 The Child Welfare officer only had her clipboard when she
 needed it.

 Rod didn't have his "flower necklaces" until he puts them on
 the Simpson kids.

 Lou magically sets up a barrier between the Simpson/Flanders
 yard in between scenes.

 Grampa only appears on the front lawn when Homer yells at him.

 The house plant only appears when Homer struggles it.

 The Judge's hour glass disappears from the bench.

 Maggie sits between Ned and Maude, but vanishes just before
 Ned faints.

Personal Comments & Observations

 Presumably Homer skipped work to go to the spa with Marge.

 The Springfield Shopper is still free.

 Skinner only dialled five digits.

 That guy in the spa with Homer and Marge sounds like Don
 Vittorio DiMaggio.

 The judge called Maggie, Margaret, which is the real name of
 Matt Groening's sister (but everyone calls her Maggie).

 Homer is right-handed in this episode.

 I really loved Maggie in this episode.

Animation/Continuity goofs

 Smithers doesn't seem to have his collection of Malibu Stacey
 dolls anymore. (See 1F12)

 Smithers use to own a Yorkshire terrier. (see 8F04.)

 Maggie was missing from the dinner table.

 The ropes tied to Burns' sun blocking machine should have
 pulled all the cars down the hill.  Also note that the ropes
 vanish shortly after their use.

 Smithers' coat changes into a jacket in the confession booth.

 Smithers didn't wear a bow tie when arrested, yet he has one
 at the police station.

 Mel pulls a pipe out of thin air.

 Krusty's TV remote disappears from his hand.

 Smithers magically appears in the cell after Dr. Colossus
 leaves the jail.

 Springfield Retirement Castle looks pretty fine, considering
 the damage it suffered in Part I.

 Jasper shouldn't have a wooden leg.  (See 8F18, 1F06, 2F19.)

 The bullet that shot Burns still has the shell casing.

 Willy can shoot a weapon. (See 2F11.)

 Chief Wiggum's badge is missing from his chest in some scenes.

 Chief Wiggum handcuffs Homer from behind, yet later scenes
 show Homer handcuff and shackled from the front.

 The order box moved from its original location after Wiggum
 orders his food.  The order box later disappears while
 Jasper's car plows the paddy wagon.

 The police paddy wagon changes shape after it tips over onto
 its side.

 Dr. Riviera's clipboard turns into a flashlight.

 Lou speeds off on his motorcycle, yet Lisa arrives at the
 hospital first.

 Chief Wiggum's arm is no longer in an arm cast and his sleeves
 reappear.

 Chief Wiggum's badge can't decide which side of Wiggum's chest
 to stay on.

 Sideshow Mel's real name is Melvin Van Horne.
