Allen Choy & Sons started farming in 1974 growing
wheat, barley, flax, oats, peas and canola in Strathclair, Manitoba.
- In 1977, the
Choy's began raising cattle, buying their first 7 Simmentals from the hockey
player Bobby Hull.
- The Choy's farm 10 sections of land in South West
Manitoba in the communities
of Strathclair, Shoal Lake, Hamiota and Elphinstone Manitoba.
- We raise both custom
and pedigree Red and Black Angus, Charolais and Simmental cattle with a stock of
300-500 animals.
