Corrie started riding Hunter / Jumpers at Geary Hill Stables in Geary,
NB under the instruction of Deanna Phelan. When she moved to Manitoba,
Corrie could only afford young horses. This was the beginning
of her education on starting horses.

Since then Corrie has had extensive instruction in several different
areas of the riding and training industry, including Reining (with Guy
Robertson), Hunter / Jumper (with Deanna Phelan, Connie Dorsch &
Tara Hofer), and Dressage (with Shirley Neudorf). Corrie enjoys
being well-rounded in multiple disciplines as it provides her with an
extensive toolbox to draw upon when training young horses. She
also takes pride in spending the time to put a lot of groundwork on
new horses so they are "broke before you get on".
Corrie currently takes on horses and ponies for training in Brandon,
MB.
