Author's notes on Ethics:

There is reference here to mainly those who were involved in WWII in both the European and the Asian theatres and other Wars. There is a great debate and philosophy on "War", and the author recognizes this. For our purposes, "War" is regarded as a historical moment of special consequence to those involved and the course of history resulting from it: there is no intention to blame or take sides.
