Spring 2011 Soccer Info

Hello everyone,

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s season. I would especially like to thank all
of the volunteers who helped out with the kids this year. This could never happen without you. All
convenors, coaches, and assistant coaches who did not get your certificates at the wind-up are welcome to email Monique to set up a time to pick them up. I would also ask any coaches that have not turned in the equipment or jersey’s to please email her as well. (The younger kids get to keep their timbit’s jerseys).
Monique’s email address is moniquesnow@gmail.com

Just a reminder that there is a soccer clinic available for all ages next week (July 4th – July 8th).
The people that are putting this on have agreed to offer a coaches clinic as well for us. This will
take place Thursday, June 7th at 6:30 pm. Please call Cam Bennet for more information if you are
interested in either the camp or the coaching clinic. Cam’s number is 638-5498.

A quick few notes for our season ending;
- We will not be holding a fall season. We will gauge the interest next year with our registration
forms. If we have enough kids wanting to continue we will revisit the possibility.
- We did not have medals for the younger kids this year. We will try to have some for next season.
- This was the first year for the new executive. We will be trying a few new things next
season. I welcome any suggestions for those of you returning. Please email me at
snowadian20@yahoo.com with your ideas.

I especially would like to recognize the previous executive for their contributions to the Dauphin
Soccer Association in the past years. Anyone who would like to join the executive next year is more than
welcome.

Thank you again to everyone involved.
I hope you all have a great summer,

Adam Snow
President of the Dauphin Soccer Association
