Anenome Rebekah Lodge and Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Neepawa have decided to disband but their giving will continue through the Foundation. They have donated $70,000 to the Foundation, $35,000 will support grants to various youth programs in the community and $35,000 has gone into the Community Fund. The donation they have made to the Beautiful Plains Community Foundation will carry on supporting the community forever.

Shane Hnidy -The tenth annual Shane Hnidy Charity Golf Tournament was held on August 11 at the Neepawa Golf & Country Club and the Yellowhead Hall. There were 192 golfers who enjoyed 18 holes of golf, supper, a rainbow auction and live auction. It was a great tournament and over $27,000 was raised for the BPCF. Thank you to Shane Hnidy for 10 great years. A total of $198,900 has been raised for the Foundation in the ten years of the Tournament.

Ladies Night OutLadies Night Out will be on May 4 this year.

Community -The community in our name includes the municipalities of Lansdowne, Langford, Rosedale and Glenella as well as the towns of Brookdale and  Neepawa.

New Foundation Service - The foundation now offers donations by credit card at our office or securely over the internet through Endow Manitoba.
