- 1200 sq. ft. (40 ft. x 30 ft.)

- 2 propane stoves for cooking.

- Wood burning stove for heat.

- 10 bunk beds (20 mattresses) - room for 14 more people on the floor.

- Carpeted floors.

- Outdoor fire pit.

- Latrine (separate men's and ladies).

- Wood for indoor & outdoor use.
