      Out and About

      Southwest Dist. Palliative Care will be holding its 4th Annual Light the Memory Tree this year.  Teulon's tree lighting will take place Fri., Nov. 25 from 4 - 8 p.m. and Stonewall's will be Fri., Dec. 2 from 5 - 7 p.m.  Both are prior to the Santa Claus Parades. Enjoy music, hot chocolate and cookies and light up the tree. Donations can also be mailed to Box 1282 Stonewall MB R0C 2Z0. Palliative Care will hold a Bereavement Evening in Stonewall on Nov. 28 and in Teulon on Nov. 30. Call 467-7118 for details.
  Fifty-five Plus is looking for a volunteer
Bingo Co-Ordinator for Thursday Afternoon Bingo at Lions Community Centre in Stonewall, and is also in need of volunteer Bingo Callers for this event. For further information, or to volunteer your services, please call 467-2582. These programs can only continue as long as some one is willing to donate the time and talent to making them run. Thanks a bunch!
  First Warren Scouts will be putting on a pancake
Breakfast With Santa on Dec. 10 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Warren Hall. Come on down for a great meal, photos with Santa, and a variety auction. Don't miss it!
    Heather Worth reports that the first meeting of the
Warren 4-H Club was held on October 15, 2005, at Warren Memorial Hall. The 2005-2006 Executive will be: President - Jill Woods, Vice president - Katie King, Secretary - Stephanie Bremner, Treasurer -          Janessa Mankewich, Banner Scanner - Marcie Keen, Club Reporter - Heather Worth (cont'd on p. 3) 

Arena Fundraising Bulletin: Bar Tender's Delight

The Special Events Committee for South Interlake Recreation Centre is pleased to introduce the "Bar Tender's Delight" raffle. Watch for tickets to be on sale at local businesses and through recreation committees in the RM of Woodlands. All proceeds to go towards the building of the New South Interlake Recreation Centre.
