**Summer rates apply to all long weekends.

• The number of persons refers to the maximum per cottage including children. We may allow one extra person no older than 12 years of age in the 2 and 3 bedroom cabins only with prior approval. Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited.
   
• Minimum advance reservation - 2 nights, 3 nights on long weekends.
   
• Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels.
   
• Tenting units or camping units are not allowed.
   
• Sorry, we do not allow pets.
   
• Facilities are for the use of registered guests only.
   
• Day visitors must be limited to a maximum of 4 people per day and must leave prior to 8pm.
   
• CHECK IN After 4 pm - CHECK OUT Prior to 11 am

Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is required within one week of booking, balance due upon arrival with either cash, credit card or interact. We do not accept cheques. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits less $25 will be refunded if, after cancellation, we receive a confirmed reservation by another party for the full time of your reservation.

There are no refunds for days lost through late arrival or early departure.

Your verbal authorization to use your credit card as a deposit by phone indicates your compliance with the above Reservation Policy.
