Our team!   The staff at Beaumont Day Care is an enthusiastic group who work well together and who bring a variety of experience from previous employers to our center. Our staff has over 35 years of experience in the childcare field.  We are staffed by 6 full time and 4 part time profressional Early Childcare Educators. The Director of the day care acts as a liaison between the Board of Directors for the day care and the staff, and reports to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis.  The day care Director also supervises the work of the five full time and several casual employees.   Board of Directors:   A Board of Directors, elected by the parent membership, governs Beaumont Day Care. The Board meets monthly and has up to ten members, including the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, and Secretary. The Board of Directors develops the bylaws and policies of the daycare and organizes an Annual General Meeting each Fall for all parents and staff.  Parent/guardian members of the daycare and/or members of the community at large may stand for election for a two-year position on the board.      This site is © Copyright Beaumont Day Care Inc 2010, All Rights Reserved.
