These are our rates, openings, and policies.

Available Spaces

Currently, our license accommodates 70 spaces which includes pre-school, kindergarten, and school age children.

Enrollment:

Upon availability, we offer first priority for registration to Beaumont School students, including those registered for Kindergarten. This is based on a first come, first served basis, and provided there is a space for the child according to licensing regulations and age requirements.

Full and Part Time Care:

Children may attend our daycare on a full or part-time basis. This is dependant on the spaces available at the center at the time of enrollment.

Waiting List:

Upon notification by the Pembina Trails School Division of space availability (generally June 30^th of each year), we will contact names from the waiting list. Priority is given to those children who are kindergarten/preschool wanting to use the center four or more times a week, and provided that kindergarten space is available. Registration Deposit:

Full time spot (7 or more spots/wk)	$100.00

The registration deposit is payable on the same day a space has been confirmed. This fee is refundable (with 2 wks notice) when withdrawing your registration.

Fee Rates:

Our Day Care is operating under the Government of Manitoba Child Day Care Program. Some parents may be eligible for government subsidy. You may contact our Director at 895-8758. A parent shall be required to pay the parent portion of fees as estimated by the MCCP, prior to the actual subsidy decision.

Terms of Payment:

Fees must be paid on the first Monday of the 4-week billing period and are accepted by cash or cheque. Cheques are made payable to Beaumont Day Care, Inc. Receipts will be placed in the parent mailbox or emailed. All fees must be paid promptly. NSF cheques will result in an administration fee. Late fees may also apply.

Additional Fees:

a)	Statutory Holidays/Vacation: Parents are required to pay for statutory holidays in order to secure the fixed costs of the day care center. To maintain a spot for your child during vacation periods, full payment is required.
b)	Illness: Full payment is required in case of illness in order to retain your child's spot.
c)	Late Fees: The daycare is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If your child has not been picked up and left the Center by 6:00 pm, a late fee of $1/min for the first 15 minutes, $2/min for 16-30 minutes and $3/min for 31 minutes late or more (according to the Daycare Center�s clock) will go into effect. This late fee is to be paid directly to the staff member who was required to stay with your child/children. Parents are required to sign a late fee form at that time. All children should have left the Center at 6:00 pm. If the parent arrives at 6:00 pm and takes 5-10 minutes to dress the child and leave, the parent will be assessed a late fee. Staff cannot leave the Center until all parents and children have left. (** please note, late fees will come into effect at 3:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. These late fees also apply for our pre-school playgroup pick-up times at 11:45am and 3:30 pm).
d)	Holding Fee: The following is based upon finding a family to replace spot(s) vacated. Upon completion of 1 full year at Beaumont Day Care, the parentéguardian of each registered child is elegible to pay a $150 holding fee per spot to withdraw their child for the summer months and guarantee their spot in September of that year. The designated period of the holding fee is from the first day following the last day of school to the first day of school that year wih no exceptions. Notice must be given by May 1st of the designated year.
