"I had another of what I call 'Map Dreams' this morning. The map I was studying was of
North America, and in particular, the west-Mid-West. With all the reports I've heard in
the recent news about the flooding in North Dakota, and the warnings of floods into
Manitoba, the map I studied in this dream was specifically of these areas. What I saw
really alarmed me, for it was as if the whole map was way different from any of the maps
of these areas, as we know them today. It was as if the whole Geographic Topology of
this area was changed. I do not recall many of the specifics, other than the following:

1) it seemed as if there were 2 heads to the Red River, coming from the north, in the
area of Winnipeg, Manitoba; the one from the Northeast, I believe, was the smaller of
the two, being just a line, but the other being wider, coming from the north west,
although both flowed south and they ran parallel to each other;
2) as the heads of the river joined, it was as if a huge lake formed and headed
southward, south of the border, and continued to widen as it flowed into the States;
3) I could plainly view the line of the border between the 2 countries, for it almost
resembled a longitudinal line, and it was plainly labeled as the international border
between Canada and the USA - of interest was that it seemed to have gravitated southward
more than it is presently - in the shape of a gentle arc, rather than straight across;
4) in the midst of this large lake that stretched southward, just a bit north of the
border, I viewed what appeared to be a good sized island in the midst - I marveled how
the map had the border all figured out, indicating that those living on the island were
Canadian - I wondered if they approached the US border by boat, if there would be any
concern for their citizenship. Somehow it seemed to me that this large river-like lake
also affected even the State of Colorado - for somehow the name of this State popped
into my mind.

I've pondered this dream periodically throughout the day. It seems that most of my
dreams are symbolic, rather than actual. I suspect this dream has a spiritual
application, and if so, then it may be an indicator that a move of God may be ordained
of God to go through these areas, possibly being sourced in Canada, and where the lines
of the international border may not hinder the flow of Canadians into these areas.
Additionally, I believe the merger of the 2 streams (or types of Christian ministerial
flows) north of the border is what will give the river/move its impact.

Finally, the name of the River in the natural interests me, being called the Red River.
Maybe just a play on words, or a hyper-spiritualizing of it, but if there's a spiritual
significance perhaps the move of God will be one of Salvation, as well as the fire of
God.

finally I am getting around to responding to your vision.

The vision I will relate is a few (5-8) years old by now, but the Holy Spirit has
renewed it again and again.

"I see water bubbling up out of the ground. As I watch, a bowl rises up out of the
ground to catch the water, as the first bowl fills up a second bowl rises under the
first and catches the overflow, and then a third, a fourth, a fifth, a sixth, and a
seventh.

At this point the vision telescopes back so that I am looking at the earth from space.
I can see this giant fountain sticking up out of Winnipeg. It makes the earth look
lopsided it is so big. As I watch the seventh bowl fills up and begins to overflow.
The water flows out to the north-west into Saskatchewan and Alberta, and north-east into
north-western Ontario. As they are filled with water then the water begins to flow over
the border into the US, and from there to the whole world."

This is a prophetic word I was given at Winnipeg Christian Centre (my home fellowship) a
few months ago.

"you have heard of the manifestations of my Spirit in the East, and in the West, and you
have asked why not here Lord? I am building an arch of righteousness over Canada, I
have begun in the east and in the west, and when I am ready to place the final stone in
place, the keystone, there will be a manifestation of my Spirit such as you have never
seen before or dared to imagine in your wildest dreams. I am still preparing my
children to bear the weight of my Glory, be faithful, you have not been overlooked."

As the Red River was about to crest in Winnipeg, I was given this

"I have spoken to you before about rivers of My Spirit coming from the east, and rivers
coming from the west. When these two streams meet here in Winnipeg, there will be a
flood of My Spirit such as has never been seen before. Be ready the flood is coming"
 

Your vision of two streams meeting in Winnipeg, forming a lake, and flowing south is
very encouraging. We have been praying a long for this very thing, and it must surely
be closer than ever.

Cindy Jacobs and other have long seen Canada's redemptive purpose exemplified by our
Maple Leaf Flag as bringing "healing to the nations" (Rev 22:2) Make it so Lord
Jesus. Amen.
