Golden Peachy Chicken
1 2 ½ pound frying chicken (cut up)
½ teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons peach syrup
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 peach halves
Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in shallow baking dish. Combine peach syrup, lemon juice and soy sauce; pour over chicken; dot with butter. Bake in 375 F. oven basting frequently until chicken is done; approximately 1 ½ hours. During last half hour place peach halves around chicken.
