Chicken Salad
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup carrots, shredded
watercress
1 celery stalk, diced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ pound cold cooked chicken, chopped
Mix all vegetables; place over chicken; sprinkle with parsley. Surround with watercress; cover with mayonnaise.
