1 cup orange juice

¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed

¾ cup drained, crushed pineapple

1 2-pound chicken, quartered

Combine first three ingredients.

Place chicken pieces in baking dish and pour orange-pineapple mixture over chicken. Bake in 375 F. oven for about 1 ¼ hours, or until done. Baste chicken with the sauce while baking.
