Country Chicken

¼ cup flour

1 8-Ounce can tomato sauce

1 ½ teaspoon salt

2 cups water

1 2 ½ pound frying chicken (cut up)

¼ teaspoon tabasco sauce

¼ cup cooking oil

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 onion, chopped

¼ cup raisins

1green pepper, sliced

2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds

1 clove garlic, minced

Flour and salt chicken; saute in oil; remove. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook 3 minutes. Blend in tomato sauce, water, seasonings and raisins; mix well; add chicken; cover. Simmer 30 minutes; garnish with almonds.
