Chicken and Asparagus Cream
1 cooked chicken
2/3 cup coffee cream
¼ cup butter
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small can asparagus
seasoning
Cut the chicken into pieces, and heat thoroughly in the butter in a skillet. Open the can of asparagus, and strain the liquid into the top of.a double boiler. Add the cream, mayonnaise, and seasoning and heat over boiling water until blended, Arrange the chicken on a serving dish, pour over the sauce and garnish with the asparagus.
