Chicken and Rice
Cut up one fryer chicken 2 ½ -3 lbs. Place 1 cup of dry rice in bottom of pan (not instant). Place chicken on top of rice and salt. Mix 1can of mushroom soup. Mix in 1 ½ soup cans of water and 1 envelope of dry
Lipton's onion soup mix. Pour over chicken and rice. Cover tightly and bake at 300 F. for 3 hours.
