Chicken Fried Rice
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cups chopped chicken
8 slices bacon cut fine
1 cup celery
1/3 cup green peppers, finely chopped
4-5 green onions
3-4 eggs
1 small tin mushrooms
salt
pepper
Cook rice with 2 teaspoons salt until light and fluffy. Then fry bacon until just brown and add chicken until hot. Add green onions and green peppers. Then add diced celery and cook until celery is warm but still crisp. Add eggs and cooked rice. Mix well. Just before serving sprinkle with sesame seeds.
