Castle Paprikas

1 whole chicken

¼ tsp. caraway seed

2 onions

1 hot banana pepper

4 tbsp. cooking oil

1 tsp. flour

2 tsp. paprika

1 tin mushrooms

1 cup water

1 cup sour cream diluted with milk

Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Chop onions and fry in oil. Add paprika and 1 cup of water. Add chicken, salt, caraway seed, sliced hot pepper and black pepper. Simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, place on serving dish. Add flour and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and strain over the chicken. Top with fried mushrooms and sour cream. Serve with any choice of noodles.
