Chicken Balls

7 oz- chopped chicken

¼ cup bread crumbs

1 tsp. minced onion

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

flour

Combine chicken, onions, mayonnaise, bread crumbs and garlic powder. Roll into 1 inch balls. Then roll in flour. Bake at 425 F. from 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 18 balls.
