Soak chicken in soy sauce and lemon juice, fried onion and garlic. Put chicken in saucepan and cover. When soft, add potatoes, olive oil, peanut butter and cheese and salt. When potatoes are almost cooked, add red pepper and pulverized boiled eggs. Add small amount of water. Serve hot.

Capon or Chicken

1 capon or broiler chicken

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. hot pepper

1 tbsp. butter

1 branch parsley

1 tbsp. lemon juice

½ tsp. garlic powder

Clean capon, rub with salt and lemon juice; pour parsley inside and let it stand for 1 hour. Mix hot pepper, butter and garlic powder to make a paste, then spread capon with it, inside and out. Charcoal broil on rotisserie or grill. Sprinkle often with moisture.
