Sherried Chicken

2 whole broiling chickens

1 pt. sour cream

2 cans mushroom soup

2/3 cup dry sherry

2 cans sliced mushrooms

Cut up and season chicken. Brown chicken pieces in margarine. Mix remaining ingredients. Place chicken in baking dish and cover with the mixed ingredients. Cover dish and bake at 375 F. for 1 hour or until tender, Serve on bed of rice.
