Baked Chicken in Cream
1 3-pound fryer, cut in serving pieces
1 cup light cream
1 ½ cups seasoned flour
1 8-ounce can biscuit dough, separated
¼ cup butter or margarine
Roll chicken in seasoned flour and saute in butter until brown. Place in a 3-quart casserole and pour cream over chicken. Cover and bake in a 300 F. oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Add biscuit dough to top of chicken. Cover and bake another 15 minutes* Remove cover last 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
