We offer some of the best whitetail archery hunts in Canada. Our hunting area is in Manitoba, Canada, along the Assiniboine River Valley were it is known to have some of the largest whitetail deer ever taken. We offer fair chase whitetail hunts, and also waterfowl hunts for geese, and ducks. We have over 20,000 acres of private land to hunt on. American and Canadian packages are available for a 6 day archery whitetail hunt, or a 3 day waterfowl hunt and we also offer a combo archery whitetail and waterfowl hunt. All whitetail hunts include: Meals and lodging Processing of game meat, capes and antlers Any taxidermy fees are extra shuttle service to and from airport can be arranged for a extra fee, or you can rent a car. You can choose to hunt all day or part of the day, but we recommend full days for best success. Your hunting day begins well before sunrise and ends a half hour after sunset. If you choose to hunt all day you will be given field lunches to hold you through the day. We then travel back to the B.B. for a full course meal, and sit around and enjoy some hunting stories.The whitetail bucks in this web-site have all been taken at Big Al's Buck Stop. This is a family run business so expect some real family hospitality.

Rate 5 if 5 is the best. Alan is top notch! I have been hunting with Alan for 3 years now and have booked for another in 2008. I am pretty picky when it comes to the kill and have yet to take a shot or a deer. I have seen some good bucks (130 to 160) but I am looking for a 180 class or better. There is unbelievable sign everywhere!!! It is definitely BIG BUCK Territory! What makes me go back? Alan works his properties so well in the off season and his scouting work is strong too. Stand locations are excellent. He works with the local biologist to make sure he is maximizing his herd potential. He doesn't over book and His wife Diane is the best cook on the planet! Accomodations are very good and his camp is easy going so you can really kick back and enjoy yourself. I recommend Big Al's Buck Stop. Big Al's will always be a favorite for me and my son. REX B. Big Al is a "top notch" guide and will take you on great hunt! The country is beautiful, there are a lot of really big deer, and the accommodations are very nice. What impressed me the most about Al was that he's is very honest and realistic about success rates. I hunted in late September (the only dates available) and Al prepared us for what was a slow week, and full moon. The great news is: I still had an awesome time.
