Frank Payne identifies this as the Ronny Bolz driven and Dave Bolz tuned altered out of Omaha, Nebraska
We thank Mr. Payne who offered this bit of information:

"I showed this picture to Dave Bolz and he immediately recognized the track.
He further informed me that this was taken at the points meet at Bison in '70
and on the run following this one, the wheelie bars broke and the car
flipped over upside down and skidded on the roll bar! The driver was unhurt."

Frank also tells us the car was known as the "Thunderbolt Grease Slapper".
