USATF  Certified Courses from 1983 to 1999
Some Canadian measurers sought the guidance and expertise of their counterparts south of the border while awaiting  the development of a Canadian certification system. Two Canadian measurers became USATF final signatories in the process: Gabriel Duguay (who now resides in Wales) and Bernie Conway. Bernie and Dave Yaeger, who both certified numerous courses through the the USATF's course measurement body (the RRTC), are two of Canada's IAAF/AIMS Grade A measurers.
