In attempting to express appreciation to the many people and individuals who were very helpful and co-operative in our work is to invite the obvious -- that of unintentionally overlooking someone. In the event that this may be the case, may we offer our apologies in advance.
The community of Greater Winnipeg, as well as the members of the Commission, are grateful to the elected officials who gave of their time and effort to prepare and present their respective briefs. Although the discussion, on occsion, was rather pointed, understanding and co-operation were always in evidence.
The appointed officials in the local municipal and educational field, as well as in the various departments of the Provincial Government, receive our thanks for the very fine co-operation extended to the Commission and its research staff.
